We have used MD Johnson Electrical Ltd for electrical work for three property improvement projects.

The first was renovation of a flat, with new wiring for a kitchen (with the helpful suggestion for appliance switches to be put inside cabinets out of view), new lighting and a smoke/heat detection system. Fortunately, their system testing detected it had been wired up wrongly and was dangerous.

The next flat was another smoke/heat alarm system and some dimmable led zone lighting for a kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Most recently they helped upgrade our new house by putting in an air conditioning supply, moving sockets to better locations, fitting a waterproof external socket, replacing an outside light with a powerful switched LED light, replacing out of date smoke/heat detectors, fitting co-axial cabling from our Virgin router to the television and installing a new wired Ring doorbell, as well as the electrical system check picking up a cracked shaver point.

Marc and his team are a pleasure to deal with. They grasp what is wanted, make helpful suggestions and price up the work sending a swift electronic quote. Once the work was agreed it was scheduled and the timescale was reliable. They are efficient on site, cracking on with the work, dealing effectively with problems as they arise. Scott, the electrician for the most recent work was a star, as he did the work in an order which for instance had floor boarding up and down again for cabling on the same day as new Kardean floor was being laid!
